On August 27, Yu Jia, Head of China Technology Sector Research at UBS Securities, stated during the online media briefing for the China semiconductor industry session of the "UBS Securities A-Share Seminar" that the tight supply of DRAM is expected to persist at least until the second quarter of 2028, while NAND will remain in short supply until the fourth quarter of next year. Meanwhile, DRAM prices are projected to rise by 40% or more year-on-year next year, and NAND prices are expected to increase by over 30%.
