Sanan Optoelectronics has made a public announcement stating that Lin Kechuang, the company's Vice Chairman and General Manager, had initially planned to bolster his stake in the company. This move was motivated by his confidence in the company's promising future and his acknowledgment of its enduring investment potential. Specifically, Lin Kechuang intended to augment his holdings through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system, utilizing centralized bidding, within a six-month timeframe commencing on March 31, 2026. The proposed increase in his shareholding was estimated to range from RMB 5 million to RMB 10 million.

However, unforeseen circumstances arose as Lin Kechuang was placed under detention, rendering him unable to proceed with the share purchase plan as originally intended. With the designated share increase period nearing its conclusion, and in a bid to uphold market stability, safeguard investors' rights, and honor the commitments expected of directors and senior executives in a listed company, Lin Zhiqiang, the company's Chairman, has decided to step in. He will carry out the share increase on behalf of Lin Kechuang, ensuring that the amount and duration of the increase remain consistent with the initial plan.
