Xiaomi’s Xuanjie O3 chip, positioned as an AI flagship system-on-chip (SoC), achieved an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 5.22 million. Developed over a 459-day research and development cycle, the chip showcases substantial improvements in both CPU and GPU performance. Arm emphasized that these innovations will drive enhancements in computing power for next-generation devices, while the ongoing collaboration between the companies is steering computing technology toward greater alignment with evolving user demands.
