Lion Microelectronics has revealed that it has entered into a framework agreement with the People's Government of Nanhu District in Jiaxing City. This agreement outlines the company's commitment to invest in the establishment of the "Project for Monthly Production of 200,000 12-Inch Lightly Doped Substrates and 120,000 12-Inch Silicon Epitaxial Wafers." The total planned investment for this project stands at approximately 3 billion yuan, encompassing roughly 2.9 billion yuan earmarked for fixed asset investments. Upon reaching full production capacity, the project is anticipated to yield an annual output value surpassing 1.3 billion yuan, with a construction timeline spanning 5 years. The execution of this project will be undertaken by the controlling subsidiary, Jinruihong Angxin Microelectronics (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. The primary sources of funding for this endeavor will be the company's internal funds and self-raised capital. A formal agreement is set to be signed following the completion of internal decision-making processes.
