On August 24, 2026, Xiaomi unveiled its inaugural AI flagship SoC, the Xuanjie O3, at a technical symposium. This chip stands out as the industry's pioneer in supporting LPDDR6, marking a substantial 48% leap in memory bandwidth over its forerunner, the Xuanjie O1. The Xuanjie O3 also incorporates a unified fusion bus architecture, which slashes protocol conversion overhead by as much as 75%. Fabricated on a cutting-edge 3nm process, the Xuanjie O3 packs 24 billion transistors and attains an impressive AnTuTu score of up to 5.22 million. Its CPU adopts a ten-core all-big-core configuration, while its GPU is the trailblazer in integrating the G2-Ultra NX graphics processor, delivering a significant performance surge.
