This cutting-edge chip is fabricated using a 3nm process technology and packs an impressive 24 billion transistors, representing a substantial 26% increase in transistor density compared to its predecessor. The Xuanjie O3 has achieved an outstanding AnTuTu benchmark score of 5,228,014, setting a new milestone as the first flagship SoC to exceed the 5 million-point threshold.
