Micron Technology plans to invest $10 billion over the next decade to build the United States' first dedicated memory research laboratory in Boise, Idaho. The focus will be on critical memory technologies, advanced architectures, packaging, and future semiconductor manufacturing, with construction expected to begin in 2027.
