These forecasts suggest that the demand for 1.6T and 800G products will sustain its swift expansion in 2027. The company's latest offerings, including 2.4T, NPO, and XPO, are set to be deployed in scenarios involving both scale-out and scale-up operations. At present, these products are undergoing active development or sampling, tailored to the specific needs of major clients. Mass production is slated for the latter half of 2027, with more extensive shipments expected to commence in 2028. Concurrently, Coherent Corp. is proactively establishing new production capabilities and procuring essential materials such as optical chips, electrical chips, and PCBs to facilitate large-scale manufacturing in 2027.
