In a recent conference call with institutional investors, DR Laser revealed that, in the TGV (Through Glass Via) sector, the company is not only focusing on laser modification equipment but is also actively deploying ancillary tools, including etching and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) inspection equipment. At present, the laser modification equipment continues to secure orders and drive revenue, and has begun to form complete sets of orders in tandem with the etching equipment. The AOI inspection equipment is currently undergoing rigorous verification processes. Looking ahead, DR Laser plans to offer flexible solutions, providing either standalone equipment or comprehensive supporting setups, tailored to customer requirements, thereby continuously expanding and enriching its TGV product lineup.
