According to sources familiar with the matter, Fractile is in advanced talks for a new funding round with a pre-money valuation of $6.5 billion, aiming to raise approximately $600 million. Just three months ago, the company completed a $220 million funding round led by Accel, Founders Fund, and Factorial Funds, achieving a post-money valuation of around $1 billion. Additionally, Fractile has reached a preliminary agreement with Anthropic to sell chips worth approximately $250 million and plans to expand the collaboration in the future.
