On August 17, Xindong Lianke disclosed its financial results for the first half of 2026, revealing that the company's revenue amounted to 157 million yuan, reflecting a significant year-on-year decrease of 38.14%. The net profit attributable to the parent company also saw a substantial drop, reaching 36.4771 million yuan, which is a 76.36% decline compared to the same period last year. Moreover, when excluding non-recurring gains and losses, the net profit attributable to the parent company stood at 26.0311 million yuan, experiencing an even steeper year-on-year decrease of 82.35%.

During this reporting period, Xindong Lianke demonstrated a commitment to innovation and development, as evidenced by its R&D investment, which reached 70.4843 million yuan. This marks a notable year-on-year increase of 21.30% and accounts for a substantial 45.01% of the company's revenue. Furthermore, the company has successfully completed its cash dividend distribution for 2025, with a total payout of 59.4574 million yuan. Xindong Lianke also stated that, barring any significant capital expenditure plans in the next three years, it intends to maintain a cash dividend payout ratio above 30%, demonstrating its commitment to shareholder returns.
