On August 14, *ST Wingtech disclosed that, commencing September 30, 2025, its subsidiary Nexperia and Nexperia Holding have sequentially received ministerial directives from the Netherlands' Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, along with rulings from the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. In response to these unfavorable circumstances, the company is expediting the creation of a fully domestic supply chain system. This involves leveraging its in-house domestic packaging and testing capabilities and collaborating closely with local wafer partners. The aim is to ensure a stable supply for customers both in China and around the world, while also fully protecting the rights and interests of the company and its shareholders. During the reporting period, the company actively pursued the transition of its product processes to a 12-inch wafer platform, significantly easing the wafer supply constraints for its MOSFET, logic, and analog IC product lines. The company projects that the wafer supply shortfall for its transistor product line (which includes protection devices like ESD and TVS) will gradually diminish starting in the second half of 2026.
