Recently, the construction of LanHui Technology's production and R&D base for silicon carbide materials has officially gotten underway in Gaoling District, Xi'an City. Backed by an investment from Zhongjing Green Energy (Shaanxi) New Material Technology Co., Ltd., this project spans an expansive area of 114.263 acres and entails a total investment of around 590 million yuan.
