Liyang Chip (688135.SH) has disclosed that Yuan Jun, who serves as a shareholder, director, and a key member of the technical team, intends to divest no more than 85,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0365% of the company's total share capital, via centralized bidding. Another shareholder, Qu Hao, aims to reduce his stake by up to 1.39 million shares, constituting 0.5963% of the total share capital, through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading. Meanwhile, Zhang Liping, also a shareholder, plans to sell no more than 120,000 shares, representing 0.0515% of the total share capital, solely through centralized bidding.

The share reductions via centralized bidding will commence within three months, starting 15 trading days after the announcement date. Notably, the cumulative number of shares sold in any consecutive 90-day period will not surpass 1% of the company's total share capital. Similarly, the share reductions through block trading will also take place within three months from 15 trading days post-announcement, with the total number of shares divested in any 90-day stretch not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital. The final sale prices will be determined in accordance with prevailing market prices and the chosen transaction methods.
