In a strategic move to better suit its developmental trajectory and after obtaining the necessary approvals from the market supervision and administration authorities, 'Zhuhai Borui Jingxin Technology Co., Ltd.' officially adopted the new name 'Zhuhai Borui Jingxin Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd.' on July 22, 2026. This renaming comes on the heels of Borui Jingxin's successful A+ round of financing, which raised over 1 billion yuan with contributions from key investors, including the Zhuhai New Quality Productivity Fund. This significant financial boost not only addressed the company's funding requirements but also paved the way for a smooth restructuring process.
