This month, the South Korean stock market has witnessed a notable downturn, compelling domestic investors to intensify their pivot towards the U.S. stock market. Net purchases have soared to over KRW 5 trillion, marking a 5.5-fold increase compared to June. Specifically, in the two trading days following July 23, net purchases surged by USD 1.05973 billion. Retail investors' funds have predominantly flowed into semiconductor and technology stocks.
