Intel 14A Receives Full Support from EDA Giant! Cadence Completes Certification for Full-Process Solutions

On July 28th, EDA giant Cadence announced that its AI-driven digital and custom reference flows, tools, and solutions have been certified for Intel's 18A-P and 14A process technologies. This certification covers Cadence's full range of AI-based implementation, verification, and signoff solutions, including synthesis, place and route, timing and power signoff, among others. Additionally, an advanced packaging reference design flow supporting EMIB and EMIB-T technologies was jointly developed.
