Triumph Science & Technology (600552.SH) has revealed that, commencing in 2024, the company has been dedicated to the development of pivotal technologies for TGV (Through Glass Via) advanced packaging glass vias and metal filling. Presently, the company is set to invest around 150 million yuan in the construction of a pilot line for TGV advanced packaging glass. This will be situated within the factory premises of the second-phase project for Ultra-Thin Flexible Electronic Glass (UTG) in the High-Tech Zone of Bengbu City. The primary objective of this endeavor is to undertake research and development efforts aimed at refining critical processes, thereby facilitating product trial production and customer validation.
