On July 24th, a project for a semiconductor chip production line specializing in 'Tèsè Gōnglǜ' with a total investment of 3 billion yuan was officially signed and set to be established in the Tianning Economic Development Zone, Changzhou. This project represents a collaborative investment and construction effort by Jiangsu Yechuang Microelectronics Co., Ltd., along with enterprises operating both upstream and downstream in the industrial chain. The project will unfold in two distinct phases. The inaugural phase will span an area of 100 acres and focus on constructing a 6-inch production line utilizing specialized processes. Upon reaching full operational capacity, this phase is projected to yield an annual output exceeding 1.4 million wafers. Subsequently, the second phase will entail the establishment of an 8-inch production line. This comprehensive project is poised to enhance the regional semiconductor industry ecosystem and foster the development of a complete industrial chain.
