This strategic move was initiated following the approval of a 1.5 billion yuan investment scheme by the company's board of directors back in March of the same year. The plan was specifically designed to facilitate the comprehensive relocation of the headquarters and the establishment of complementary industrial ventures. After the relocation, Huayang Technology's new address is situated at No. 17 Xingzhou Road, Qianzhou Subdistrict, Huishan District, Wuxi City. The company maintains a registered capital of 69,949,912 yuan, with Lin Yihong serving as its legal representative.
