Samsung Electronics has allocated over 60% of its V-NAND production capacity to NVIDIA to supply memory chips for AI servers. Currently, the V10 is in mass production, while the V11 has entered the trial production stage. Samsung Electronics has a monthly production capacity of over 100,000 wafers, with V9 (286 layers) accounting for 60% and V8's share dropping to below 40%. Since last year, production capacity has rapidly shifted towards V9.
