Samsung Electronics has further deepened its cooperation with NVIDIA in the NAND flash memory sector, strengthening the supply relationship for memory chips based on their existing collaboration in DRAM, high-bandwidth memory, and foundry services. Samsung has commenced mass production of its 10th-generation V-NAND (V10) and begun supplying it to NVIDIA, while simultaneously expanding production capacity for its 9th-generation V-NAND (V9) and advancing the development of its 11th-generation 500-layer V-NAND (V11). Currently, Samsung produces over 100,000 wafers of V-NAND per month, with approximately 60% of this capacity dedicated to V9 products.
