In the first half of the year, propelled by the burgeoning AI industry trend, there emerged a strong industry demand, marked by an uptick in DDR5 adoption and ongoing advancements in sub-generations. The company witnessed a substantial increase in shipments of DDR5 RCD chips, with a further rise in the proportion of shipments for the third and fourth sub-generation RCD chips. Concurrently, revenues from new interconnect chip products, including MRCD/MDB, PCIe Retimer, CKD, and CXL MXC chips, experienced significant growth. The company intends to finalize the engineering development of the third sub-generation MRCD/MDB chips this year. It is anticipated that MRDIMM will commence large-scale application in the next two to three years and gradually progress into the stage of accelerated penetration. Moreover, the escalating demand for CPUs is expected to boost the utilization of memory modules, thereby contributing to the expansion of the market size for memory interconnect chips.
