On July 14, 2026, Eton Electronics unveiled its semi-annual performance outlook, estimating a net profit ranging from RMB 92.5 million to RMB 118.5 million for the initial six months of the year. This projection indicates a year-on-year decrease of 54.54% to 64.51%. The expected downturn in performance is mainly due to substantial hikes in raw material costs, exchange losses stemming from fluctuations in the RMB-USD exchange rate, and comparatively high unit costs during the capacity expansion phase at the Thailand factory. To counteract these challenges, the company has introduced a price adjustment mechanism and expedited the capacity expansion at the Thailand factory in pursuit of achieving economies of scale.
