On July 8th, an agreement was signed between Geze Technology and the National Integrated Circuit Innovation Center in the Suzhou High-Tech Zone, aiming to jointly construct an optical intelligence platform tailored for advanced integrated circuit manufacturing processes. This project is earmarked as a collaborative engineering center dedicated to 3-5 nanometer advanced manufacturing processes. It is strategically positioned to cater to the domestic high-end integrated circuit manufacturing sector, with a particular emphasis on pioneering semiconductor inspection technologies. Leveraging a synergistic model that encompasses universities, enterprises, and research institutions, the project will concentrate on achieving breakthroughs in core technologies essential for advanced manufacturing processes, as well as inspection techniques for third-generation semiconductor epitaxy.
