36Kr has received information from the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Research Institute indicating that MetaVision, a company specializing in embodied artificial intelligence infrastructure, has recently successfully completed both its angel round and angel+ round of financing, raising over 100 million yuan. This financing endeavor was spearheaded by Matrix Partners China, with significant participation from Shanghai Minhang State-owned Assets. The newly acquired funds will be predominantly allocated towards bolstering the core team, scaling up product manufacturing, advancing research and development of embodied native chips, and fostering the construction of an industry-standard ecosystem.
