The 10th-generation BiCS10 3D NAND flash memory, developed by Kioxia in collaboration with SanDisk, will commence mass production in 2026 at the factory in Kitakami, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. It features a 332-layer stacked design, a 59% increase in bit density, and supports an interface speed of 4.8Gbps.
