On July 1, GRINM Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. formally inaugurated its large-scale semiconductor silicon single crystal project in the Baotou Rare Earth High-Tech Zone, located in Inner Mongolia. The project is set to establish a state-of-the-art single crystal production plant, spanning roughly 50,000 square meters. Once fully operational, the facility is projected to attain an annual production capacity exceeding 1,000 tons of single crystal silicon, catering to the needs of integrated circuits and etching equipment. This milestone will notably bolster the company's ability to sustain production in the realms of silicon wafers and semiconductor components.
