These patents cover an environmentally robust multi-integrated MEMS tactile sensor along with its manufacturing process, a high-sensitivity array tactile sensor featuring needle-like structures, and a three-axis MEMS force sensor equipped with a self-calibration capability. Each of these patents is valid for a period of 20 years.
