The complaint was initiated by Xiamen Hongfa, which filed a lawsuit over a patent dispute, claiming damages amounting to 60 million yuan. Recently, the court dismissed the case pertaining to patent ZL201922495119.1. Furthermore, Xiamen Hongfa was permitted to withdraw the cases involving patents ZL201810135673.6 and ZL201510971669.X. However, the case concerning patent ZL201821704410.4 is still under deliberation, and the ultimate impact will hinge on the court's final judgment.
