On June 30, Unisound (09678.HK) unveiled its ambitious blueprint to set up a research and development hub in the Yangtze River Delta area, specifically in Hangzhou. This includes constructing a dedicated R&D building for its AI chip innovation headquarters and establishing a high-performance intelligent computing cluster. These strategic moves are designed to bolster the fundamental computing infrastructure essential for large-scale model services, aligning with the company's overarching goal of fortifying foundational models and expanding their applications. In pursuit of this vision, a subsidiary of Unisound has entered into a general contracting engineering agreement with Shuanglou Construction. Under this agreement, Shuanglou Construction will undertake the relevant construction engineering services, with the contract valued at RMB 252,977,950.
