On June 30, Shenzhen Emdoor Information Co., Ltd. released an announcement revealing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Yihong Investment Co., Ltd., intends to allocate 30 million yuan from its own capital to subscribe for fund shares in Zhejiang Huixin Huizhi Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), assuming the role of a limited partner. This investment will constitute 10.23% of the total subscribed capital contribution of the partnership enterprise. Initially, the fund's scale is set at 263.1579 million yuan, with plans to expand it to 293.1579 million yuan following this round of fundraising.
