On the 28th, reporters obtained information from the China National Building Material Group, revealing that three world-class high-performance carbon fiber production lines at the Zhongfu Shenying Lianyungang base have officially commenced operations. The carbon fiber products produced encompass three mainstream categories: general-purpose, high-strength, and high-modulus. This development signifies a significant leap forward in the high-quality development of China's carbon fiber industry.

Each of the three production lines boasts distinct core advantages. The 5,000-ton-per-year large-tow carbon fiber production line employs the cutting-edge dry-jet wet-spinning technology. This innovative approach not only upgrades wind power-specific products but also reduces production costs and enhances large-scale manufacturing capabilities. The world's first 4-meter-wide, thousand-ton-scale T1100-grade production line represents a quantum leap in production capacity. It is particularly well-suited for high-end applications, such as aerospace and low-altitude aircraft. Additionally, the 600-ton-per-year high-modulus carbon fiber production line caters to the needs of high-end equipment and 3C electronics, among other fields.

The commencement of these production lines fills a critical gap in China's domestic large-scale production capacity for high-end carbon fibers. Furthermore, it propels the industry's transformation towards high-end, technology-driven development, thereby bolstering China's position in the global carbon fiber market.
