On June 26, Quanstrong Technology made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Quanstrong Semiconductor (Nantong) Co., Ltd., has successfully entered into a 'Contract for the Assignment of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights' with the Nantong Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau in Jiangsu Province. Following this agreement, the subsidiary completed the formal land ownership registration process and was duly issued the 'Real Estate Ownership Certificate'. The plot of land in question is situated within the Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park, boasting a sprawling area of 36,609.53 square meters. It is zoned specifically for industrial purposes and comes with a usage term that extends until June 9, 2076.
