Three chip distributors have lodged real-name complaints against AISpeech and its subsidiary, SmartCo Semiconductor, citing irregularities and breaches of business ethics in their joint Bluetooth and offline voice chip ventures. The distributors accuse AISpeech of inducing excessive stockpiling to inflate revenues and prematurely recognizing sales revenue before completing the full product delivery cycle. These actions have raised concerns about the veracity of the company's financial data, the viability of its channel business model, and its overall business integrity. At present, at least one distributor has forwarded complaint materials to the relevant regulatory review authorities. AISpeech, a domestic enterprise specializing in conversational artificial intelligence platforms, is dedicated to the independent research and development of full-stack conversational AI and edge-side intelligent technologies. It also focuses on the design, development, and sales of intelligent human-computer interaction products. Founded in Cambridge, UK, in 2007, the company relocated to China and settled in Suzhou the following year, subsequently establishing branches and research institutes in various locations. Its self-developed full-stack conversational AI technology system supports multiple languages and has collaborated with over 60 automotive brands in the smart mobility sector. To date, it has launched over 300 mass-produced vehicle models, with a cumulative total of over 25 million vehicles incorporating its technology.
