In June 2026, the hydrofluoric acid (HF), independently developed by ENF Technology in South Korea, successfully passed product quality certification. Subsequently, the company delivered its inaugural batch of semiconductor-grade hydrofluoric acid to SK Hynix. Presently, the company is in the process of verifying its stability by incorporating it into the production workflow. Following one to two weeks of initial operation, the company plans to ramp up the supply volume, extending it to major production lines, including those for DRAM, starting from the end of this month.
