The Serpent Lake SoC chip, jointly developed by Intel and NVIDIA, is expected to debut in the first quarter of 2028, with a formal announcement planned at CES 2028 if the schedule proceeds smoothly. Serpent Lake is a special version of Intel's Titan Lake processor, adopting a design philosophy similar to AMD's Halo. It integrates an x86 CPU with an NVIDIA RTX GPU on the same chip using advanced packaging technology, targeting the market for high-performance thin and light laptops, mini PCs, and portable gaming devices.
