Nvidia filed a document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, disclosing its current financing plan but not revealing the specific financing scale. According to people familiar with the matter, Nvidia plans to raise at least $20 billion through bond issuance, marking the company's first bond financing since the rise of the artificial intelligence industry boom. Following the announcement, Nvidia's stock price rose by 3.5% on Monday, with a cumulative increase of approximately 14% year-to-date. The bond issuance will be jointly underwritten by JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs, with the proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying and refinancing existing notes.
