Recently, GalaxyCore’s Jiashan Plant celebrated the official start of mass production on its new 12-inch production line. This milestone marks the full-scale operation of a highly automated line, showcasing a significant leap forward in manufacturing capabilities. The line leverages Beyond Software’s independently developed myCIM4.0 integrated CIM system, distinguishing itself as one of the few 12-inch semiconductor production lines in China to rely entirely on a domestically created solution. This achievement sets a new standard for localization in semiconductor production control.

The semiconductor CIM system functions as the “intelligent brain” of wafer fabrication facilities, integrating comprehensive control over production, equipment, quality, and related processes. It is essential for maintaining efficient and stable operations, especially on advanced 12-inch lines. The myCIM4.0 system incorporates several core modules—including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), EAP (Equipment Automation Program), FDC (Fault Detection and Classification), and APC (Advanced Process Control)—to enable digital scheduling across the entire production process and ensure seamless, automated equipment coordination.
