Jacotech has issued a statement revealing that its stock price underwent an abnormal fluctuation, with a cumulative deviation exceeding 20% from the closing price over two consecutive trading days, namely June 10 and June 11, 2026. At present, the company's operations are centered around two primary sectors: electronic materials and LNG thermal insulation panels. The electronic materials division encompasses a range of products, including semiconductor precursor materials, photoresists and associated reagents, electronic powder materials, fluorine-based specialty gases, and semiconductor material delivery systems (LDS), to name a few. In light of recent online speculations regarding the company's specialty gas business, Jacotech has made it clear that its fluorine-based specialty gas offerings mainly comprise carbon tetrafluoride and sulfur hexafluoride, and do not extend to tungsten hexafluoride. In 2025, the revenue generated from the fluorine-based specialty gas segment constituted 5.79% of the company's overall revenue. The company urges investors to exercise rational judgment and approach investments with due caution.
