On June 10, Sai Microelectronics disclosed that the National Integrated Circuit Fund is set to divest its 19% stake in its controlled subsidiary, Silex Beijing. This divestment will be executed through a public listing on the Beijing Equity Exchange, with the initial asking price set at 624 million yuan. Silex International, a wholly-owned entity under Sai Microelectronics, has expressed its intention to purchase this stake at the aforementioned price. Upon the successful completion of this transaction, Silex International will indirectly secure 100% ownership of Silex Beijing's equity. This strategic move has already garnered the approval of Sai Microelectronics' board of directors and now awaits the final nod from the shareholders' meeting.
