Huahai Qingke has recently announced the successful acquisition of an order for its independently developed Master-P510APEX, China’s inaugural fully automated panel-level CMP mass production system, measuring 510*515mm. The order comes from a prominent customer within the advanced packaging sector. The system is slated for integration into the client’s production line for large-scale manufacturing applications. This system represents the first domestically manufactured, fully automated panel-level CMP equipment to be implemented in a production line within China, effectively addressing a crucial gap in the self-reliance of China’s advanced packaging and semiconductor industries. Furthermore, this achievement signifies a notable advancement in Huahai Qingke's efforts to expand its CMP equipment technology from wafer-level to panel-level applications.
