Specifications for NVIDIA's upcoming N1 series laptop chips have been leaked ahead of their official release. The series includes the high-end N1X and the mainstream N1, both featuring Arm architecture CPUs and Blackwell 2.0 architecture GPUs. The N1X is equipped with a 20-core CPU (10 Cortex-X925 + 10 Cortex-A725) and a GPU with 48 SM units (6144 CUDA cores), supporting 128GB of LPDDR5X memory and a TDP of 45-80W. The N1, on the other hand, features an 8+4 core CPU and a GPU with 20 SM units, with a TDP of 18-45W. Both models are designed for AI and high-performance mobile computing scenarios and are expected to make their official debut at Computex Taipei 2026.
