Recently, the research team led by Professor Wang Zenghui from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China has achieved notable advancements in the study of two-dimensional material nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS). Their research findings, encapsulated in the paper titled 'Frequency Scaling and Elastic Transition in HF–VHF WS2 NEMS Resonators,' have been published in the esteemed journal Science China Information Sciences. The study's first authors include postdoctoral researcher Zhu Jiankai, master's student Lv Chenfei, and doctoral candidate Su Ziluo, all hailing from the School of Basic Sciences and Frontier Technologies. This institution, the School of Basic Sciences and Frontier Technologies at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, served as the primary research hub for this groundbreaking work.
