On May 29, Jowatt discussed and sanctioned the 'Proposal for Capital Augmentation in Wholly-Owned Enterprise and Related Party Transaction,' opting to collectively enhance the capital of its wholly-owned entity, Xiamen Gaoyixinjie Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), in conjunction with Longpiao Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dianshi Shuojin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., through monetary contributions totaling 100 million yuan. Specifically, Jowatt will invest 30 million yuan, Longpiao Group will contribute 69 million yuan, and Shanghai Dianshi will add 1 million yuan. Post-capital increase, Gaoyixinjie's registered capital will escalate from 100 million yuan to 200 million yuan, with the ownership stakes of all involved parties remaining steady, and Jowatt will persist in holding a 30% stake.
