On May 29, TCL Technology announced that it plans to acquire a combined 2.37% stake in Zhonghuan Leading Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., held by nine transaction parties including Huanyu No.1, for a total price of RMB 845 million in cash. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction, with the pricing based on the assessed value and determined through mutual consultation. Upon completion of the transaction, TCL Technology's shareholding in Zhonghuan Leading will increase from 6.82% to 9.19%.
