*ST Wingtech announced in a public notice that its subsidiaries, Nexperia B.V. and Nexperia Holding B.V., had previously received a ministerial order from the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Netherlands, as well as a ruling from the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Currently, although the ministerial order has been suspended, the ruling of the Enterprise Chamber remains in effect, and the company's control over Nexperia is temporarily restricted. The company stated that it will take all legal measures to restore full control over Nexperia in order to protect the interests of investors. Additionally, the shares held by the company's controlling shareholder have been judicially frozen. The company is currently investigating the details of the case and will promptly disclose subsequent information in accordance with the law.
