On May 23, Wingtech Technology released a statement through its official WeChat account. It mentioned that Nexperia B.V. had recently made a public claim. According to Nexperia B.V., since the Nexperia incident occurred, it had tried multiple times to reach out to Wingtech Technology's management team in hopes of finding constructive solutions. However, it had not received a favorable response. Nexperia B.V. also insisted that it had fully cooperated with the audit process.
