On May 22, *ST Wingtech announced that the company and its subsidiary, Yucheng Holdings, had filed a lawsuit with the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province against Nexperia Holding and five other defendants over a tort liability dispute, claiming economic damages tentatively totaling 8 billion yuan. The court has accepted the case. *ST Wingtech believes that the defendants have implemented or assisted in implementing discriminatory restrictive measures imposed by the Dutch side, resulting in restrictions on the company's control over Nexperia and causing substantial losses. Currently, the case has not yet gone to trial, and the outcome of the lawsuit remains uncertain.
