On May 22, AMEC disclosed that its third-largest shareholder, Xunxin (Shanghai) Investment Co., Ltd., has outlined plans to divest a portion of its holdings. Specifically, Xunxin Investment intends to sell up to 12,576,800 shares, constituting no more than 2% of AMEC's total outstanding shares. This divestment will be executed via a combination of centralized bidding and block trading mechanisms, commencing after a period of 15 trading days from the announcement date and expected to conclude within three months thereafter. The decision to reduce its stake is primarily driven by Xunxin Investment's internal operational and management requirements. As of April 29, Xunxin Investment's ownership stake in AMEC stood at 8.92%.
